Super App — Privacy Policy

Super App ("the app") is an internal task and campaign coordination tool provided to authorized district government officials and staff. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices. The app is not a public service portal; accounts are created by your administrator.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, mobile number, and your role/position and department, as provisioned by your administrator. Your mobile number is used to sign you in.
• Work content you create — tasks, campaigns, updates, comments, and answers you enter in the app.
• Attachments you add — photos and voice notes you choose to attach to a task as evidence or an update.
• Notification token — a device push-notification identifier, so the app can alert you about your work.

The app does not collect your location, does not contain advertising, and does not use third-party advertising or tracking services.

How we use it

Information is used solely to operate the coordination service — to assign and route work, show progress and blockers to the appropriate people in your organization, deliver notifications, and let colleagues collaborate on tasks. Dictation, where used, converts speech to text to help you compose a message; the audio is handled by your device and is not stored by the app unless you explicitly save a voice note.

Sharing

Your information is visible within your organization to the colleagues who need it to do the work (for example, your supervisor, a task's assignee, or an approver in your chain). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Notification delivery uses the platform push service (Google/Apple), which transmits only a generic alert — task details are fetched inside the app when you open it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access is controlled by your role in the organization, and stored data is protected on managed infrastructure operated for your organization.

Retention & deletion

Work records are retained for as long as needed to run the service and meet your organization's record-keeping needs. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your administrator or the address below; administrators can disable an account and remove associated personal data on request.

Children

The app is a workplace tool intended for adult government staff and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
